Develop your painting practice with new techniques!

During this intensive summer painting workshop you will be coached to develop your painting practice. You will learn new techniques to improve your present way of painting, but you will also explore using different approaches, like combining watercolor and ink in combination with paint. I will teach you the painting techniques you need to paint a portrait, still-life, or landscape of your choice in line with your personal artistic style. Any questions and queries you may have are welcome and will guide me to support you to develop your painting practice.

A workshop for both emerging and established artists

Instruction will accommodate both emerging and established artists. Art students of all ages and backgrounds, on the beginning, intermediate or advanced levels are welcome to join. Coaching is on a one-on-one approach. Each day will start with an introductory lecture with examples of established artists. According to the questions, Yannis will demonstrate how to deal with the various "tricky" issues that might arise in your painting practice. Then you will have the whole day to paint under the supervision of Yannis who will spend time with each artist in the group. Maximum size of the group is 8.

The group teaching and the personal guidance in an ideal environment together, with the interaction between the participants, has proven to be a beneficial, unique and powerful experience.
