Prices 2024

Artist Coaching Residency

including five 2-hour individual coaching sessions:

One week: single occupancy, full board: € 1200

One week: double occupancy, full board: € 1100 p.p. (if available).

Two weeks or more, single occupancy, full board: € 1100 per week

Partners of artists staying in the same room, full board: € 550 a week.

Per extra day, single occupancy, full board, two hours of coaching: € 200

Per extra day, single occupancy, full board: € 100

Per extra day, room with breakfast, one person: € 70

Per extra day, room with breakfast, two persons: € 100

Per extra day, double occupancy, full board: € 160

All workshops

including five 3-hour group tuition sessions:

Online 5 day Tarot/Astrology: € 700 (incl. chart reading/Tarot consult)

Partners of artists staying in the same room, not doing the workshop,

If you book a coaching residency week together with a workshop you get a 10% discount on the workshop.

Booking terms and conditions

Up to 8 weeks before the workshop or residency starts, you can cancel your participation without further payment, with reimbursement of your paid deposit - minus 15% handling fee. In case of cancellation from 8 weeks to 28 days before the workshop or residency starts, 50% of the price is due. If you cancel within 28 days before the workshop or residency starts the full amount is due. After the workshop or residency you booked has started, no refund is possible. In case of unforeseen circumstances it may be possible to send someone in your place or come for your residency/workshop later within the year that you have booked.

COVID-19 related terms and conditions

In case of COVID-19 related problems we have the following terms and conditions for residencies and workshops: if you decide, more than 8 weeks before your residency starts), due to COVID-19 related problems, to postpone your residency, we keep the deposit and you will pay the remaining fees at least four weeks before the new start date of your residency. If you decide not to come within 28 days before your residency starts, or if there is a lock-down, and the payment is done, we will keep the payment, but you can come at another time-slot within the year.

We advise you to book travel insurance. The IRIS ART CENTRE can not be held liable for personal injury, illness, theft or other inconveniences during your stay.

Included:

Pick up/drop-off at train station Metamorfosi where suburban trains arrive every 30 minutes from the airport.
Accommodation is en suite, air conditioned double or single bedrooms.
WiFi
All meals, mineral water, juice, home-made wine, coffee, tea, summer fruits, snacks.
Use of swimming pool and large 2,5-acre garden (basketball, terraces, cozy corners under the olive trees).
Group tuition 5 days, 3 hours a day, Monday - Friday (Collage, Developing Artistic Voice).
Personal artistic coaching 5 days, 2 hours a day, Monday - Friday (Artist Coaching Residency).
Basic materials: plain paper, cardboard, markers, pencils, simple watercolors, glue, scissors, cutters, cutting boards, magazines, etc.
Artists could bring their own materials if they like, or send us a list of what they need and we will make sure it is all there when they arrive (at the artist's expense).
Use of the air conditioned art studio 24/7.
Art films in the home cinema.
One dinner at the village taverna.

Practical information

All workshops and residencies start on Saturday evening with a welcoming dinner at 8 p.m. You are welcome any time of the day (depending on your flight) but your room will only be available after lunch at 1 p.m.

Workshops and residencies finish on Saturday morning after breakfast. You may leave any time before lunch (1 p.m.).

Do not book your flight until we have confirmed your participation in the workshop of your choice. You should book your flight to Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos.

You can rent a car, book our partnered taxi driver, or choose be picked up by us at train station Metamorfosi where trains arrive every 30 minutes from the airport. Please inform us on time about your flight details.
